The store advertises that they open at noon on Sundays. I was there at 12:15 and not a soul was in the store. The lights were off and the door was locked.

The boneless wings are awesome (especially the honey BBQ and 2nd level buffalo), but the service and cleanliness of this place is HORRIBLE. Prices are good and you can get huge quantities of wings (great for parties). I love their food, so that's what keeps bringing me back. I would NEVER bring a date here though. The place is a complete dump. You can eat in the restaurant, but I highly recommend that you do take out instead.

A pound and a half of boneless buffalo wings showed up at my friend's apartment door in a very reasonable amount of time after phoning them in. To think that three men who each just polished off a half pound burger from elsewhere could need wings afterwards is quite puzzling, but we managed to suck down all of the chicken without second thought or struggle, before coolly sliding into a collective food coma for the night. The Cajun BBQ sauce was quite lovely, I must say.

Wings were bland and wait was wayyy too long for take out. Counter guy was rude too. Won't go back.

The wings are amazing and the prices are great....the service and the cleanliness are horrid. So bad I'm not going back.

Solid wings. Meaty, saucy and with plenty of red-hot heaped on. Easy to order, quick to pick up, lots of different spice and sauce options on the menu. Mouth watering just thinking about that tangy red-hot vinegar taste.

Ordered wings and asked for half barbeque half teriyaki - they give us a bag with the bottom filled with a teriyaki/BBQ soup and the wings themselves were soggy and the mixed up flavor unrecognizable.

Hands down the best wings in the Greater Burlington Area. The boneless wings are to die for, and the sauces are plentiful and delicious. This is where the locals get their wings, you should too. PROS: Awesome food, generous portions, reliable online ordering. CONS: Lack of variety. They do wings and only wings. If you're not looking for wings and/or fries, then go somewhere else. Also, hours... their actual hours rarely seem to match their posted ones, they will be open at odd hours or be closed when they're not supposed to be. Oh, and don't even bother if you're trying to eat healthy. The food here will rip a diet to shreds. Going back? Definitely, I'm ordering again tonight. Reccommend to others? Oh hell yes. Order from them. RIGHT. NOW.

We never go wrong with the wings here (or the choice of sauces!!). I recommend any of the dry rubs. Some of the really hot sauces take some getting used to but that is totally a matter of taste. It's a great later night stop...but the hours are a bit funny and unpredictable. I can't say I've ever had bad service except for them messing up one take out order (which they PROMPTLY refunded when I came back in). If you're in the mood for really good wings, hit this place up. They also have indoor seating with huge rolls of paper towels at every table (including HD television). I should also add that they are always very helpful with sauce choices or explaining the tastes as the selection can be a bit confusing for newcomers.

Great wings, lousy service. They have great wings here but their website is horrendous and calling their store is a chore. The last time I tried to order online, the site told me that they couldn't deliver at 7pm on a Friday night because they were closed. Really? So I called the store, got hung up on and then had to call back. I asked the person on the other line if they could hear me now and they denied knowing what I was talking about. I explained that I wanted to make sure that she could hear me so she didn't hang up on me again. Needless to say, she was rude about the whole thing, acknowledged that their "website ordering process is horrible" and took my order. Before I could even thank her for her help, she hung up on me (again).

My only complaint is that they could be cheaper. I love their waffle fries. Quick delivery. Tasty sauces. Good stuff!

Still the best wings place in town. A great selection of sauces, quality chicken, and amazing fries (both waffle and regular). My only complaint would be a lack of selection for smaller sized dishes. Bring friends or a big appetite as you'll be getting a pile of food for the price.

I was happy to have had this place recommended to me. It's a little off the beaten path, but worth checking out for take-out or for a quick lunch. The wings were big and meaty. The sauces were tasty, but in our take out order, they all got mixed together in the same package. The counter service was excellent. They were friendly, efficient and recommended some great things to try for a first-timer.

One of the best wing places in Burlington for take out. Sometimes can take a while if they are busy, but worth the wait

will never order again. Arrived on a monday night and HOUR AND A HALF LATE. NO apology when we called to get an order status. The food safety laws here are being completely ignored. Who wants to receive cold chicken thats been sloshing around some college students 99' honda civic while listening to blessthefall? Disgusting food and even worse service. AVOID at all costs. I would rather deal with the frat-animals at RJs for wings that deal with this shitty place.

Merely uttering the word "WOB" is enough to make me crave these wings uncontrollably. They truly are the perfect food to get delivered at 2am when you've had a few too many to drive. This place will always be a staple of my college experience at UVM. Now Yelp is telling me to put some "mustard" on my review so i will take this opportunity to strongly recommend their honey mustard boneless wings. Order them, you will not regret it.

I called and was sold a deal of ribs, boneless wings, wings etc for $75 I asked for extra celery in substitution for no soda as we were in a bar I was told no substitutions so I said I would pay for the extra celery They said no problem but delivered chicken with no ribs I called and they said they would bring One hour later I called and they said I would have to pay for them as because I ordered extra celery I negated the $75 deal so everything was a la carte. Be real careful what you order Did not even need the ribs but they were not even trying to make right what they clearly misrepresented Although many choices in burlington we were in town visiting our son with a group and we waited for wings to open but were embarrassed by their lack of professionalism Really too bad

There was a time when I would have given them more stars but the Last few times I ordered from them they have screwed up my order. The last time I ordered, I called to complain that my order was wrong, again, and I was given a credit for my next order. Great, I thought, but when I called to use my credit, the food I got was wrong, again. I think this will be the last time I order for a long time, which is too bad because the food is good.

While waiting for our food, the staff was talking about what alcohol makes them vomit and pass out the "F" word was used excessively. While sitting at my table this was all in ear shot. It was the most unprofessional visit to a establishment. The food was good, but after listing to how the employees interact I doubt I will eat there again.

A friend and I were splitting the dc 10 or whatever it is that comes with two wings flavors. We asked to have the different flavors put in different boxes because I have a milk allergy (anaphylaxis, not lactose intolerant) and know that some flavors I cannot eat. The girl on the phone was extremely unprofessional and accused me of lying about my allergy and then told me that they do not put wings in different boxes and told me I was the only person that had ever made that request.... sure.. then she refused to put the wings in different boxes and told me she was "pretty sure" the other flavor had no milk in it. She then tried to tell me that I was lactose intolerant so the wings wouldn't make me sick. I responded "yes but they may kill me" which she thought was a hilarious joke. I asked to speak to the manager and with a tsk she said "I am the manager" which I hope was a lie. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Needless to say I hung up and will never order from them ever again.

The food is good, the service is just okay. What I don't like is the fact that they don't except cash unless it is paid in small bills. This is a very poor business practice. I will never go here again.

So, I ordered some wings today and asked for them to be crispy. The woman told me that they can't make them crispy. Um...wtf?! You just cook them longer. I ordered 1/2 one flavor and 1/2 another and asked if they can put them in separate containers, and she said "I'm sorry, but we can't do that because we're corporate." Again, wtf?! Lastly, we asked how much sauce do we get for the 40+ wings that we ordered, and she told us that it comes with only two small sauces, any extra would cost more $$. Such a rip off. Overall rating: wings themselves are a 3.5, but company's policies and/or incompetent employees bring rating down to a 2.0.
